Team Information

  • The opportunity to create a new team will close on June 21, 2024.
  • Teams were required to have at least 12 members by June 21, 2024. Members of teams who did not have 12 members were reclassified as individuals. This reclassification did not come with any financial cost; It simply means that they will not receive the custom team name on the back of the participant shirt. They will now receive a general participant shirt. Any questions concerning this process can be directed to
  • Registrants are able to sign up to be a part of a team between June 22 and July 19, but they will NOT receive a team name on the back of their shirt. Those benefits were reserved for those who signed up as part of a team by June 21.
  • Each person registering as part of a team must pay a separate fee.
  • Packets for teams must be picked up in bulk during Packet Pick-up at the Tailgate Haus by a captain or designated representative. 
  • The 3 largest teams will be recognized for their contribution to Brewers Community Foundation, Fisher House Wisconsin and the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center at the postrace tailgate party.
    • The largest team will receive:
      • Recognition as the largest team at the postrace tailgate party.
      • An opportunity for the captain to take part in a check presentation to Fisher House Wisconsin/Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center prior to a 2024 Brewers game
      • A signed baseball from a Brewers player or coach for the team captain

  • Custom team name printed on the back of the commemorative tech t-shirt. (Only given to those who signed up for teams prior on or before June 21. If you sign up as a part of team after June 22, you will receive a general participant shirt.)
