Timeline

• 6:30am- Parking Lots open, participants who did not pick up their packets on 7/25 or 7/26 are able to begin picking up packets through 7:30am
• 7:30am- Roads close. Anyone who arrives to the stadium after 7:30 will be directed to parking lots west of stadium, much further from the starting line and tailgate area
• 7:50am- Participants begin to congregate near the starting/finish line on Frederick Miller Way next to the Kuenn Lot. Runners in the front, walkers in the back
• 8:00am- Runners begin the 5K
• 8:05am- Walkers begin the 5K
• 8:15am- Tailgate party in the Miller lot begins featuring opportunities to visit with sponsors, visit the BCF shop, and more
• 8:45am/9:00am- Awards ceremony hosted next to the large tent in the Miller Lot
• 9:45am- Parking lots cleared to begin stadium preparations for Brewers vs Cubs game that evening

Date, Time, and Location

• The 5K Famous Racing Sausages Run/Walk will be hosted on Saturday, July 27 at 8am, rain or shine. The starting line will be located on Frederick Miller Way, adjacent to Miller Park’s Tailgate Haus and the Gantner Lot.
• Uecker and Yount Lots will be available for free parking beginning at 6:30am on July 27. Participants are strongly encouraged to arrive no later than 7:15am and to account for traffic delays around the stadium.

Registration

*** Those who register as part of a team after June 27 will not receive the customized shirt.

• Consistent with the mission of Brewers Community Foundation, all proceeds from the 5K Run/Walk will support programming that positively impacts the lives of children and families in Greater Milwaukee and Wisconsin. Fisher House Wisconsin will receive a portion of the proceeds.
• Online registration will close on July 24 at 11:59pm CT.
• Limited walk-up registration will be made available during Packet Pick-Up and on the morning of the 5K Run/Walk.
• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be given under any circumstance (even upon event cancellation due to weather).
• There is no age minimum to participate.
• Commemorative tech shirts, featuring the Johnsonville Italian Sausage, are not-gender specific. They tend to run slightly large.

Note: Members of teams with less than 12 members by June 27th at 11:59PM CT will be automatically reclassified as Individuals and will no longer be eligible for the complimentary bobblehead and custom shirt. There is no penalty for reclassification. Registrants will be eligible to join teams through July 24, but those who do so after June 27 will not receive the custom shirt.

Individual Entry Includes:

• Commemorative 2019 5K Famous Racing Sausages Run/Walk tech shirt, featuring the Johnsonville Italian Sausage.
• Voucher Redeemable for a Terrace Reserved ticket to a select 2019 Brewers home game.
• Complimentary food & beverage at the post-5K tailgate party.
